A thin and rough sheet of dough, made by mixing selected durum wheat semolina, Tuscan soft wheat flour and fresh chicken eggs, which is shaped into Ravioli and filled with citrus fruit pesto, whose fresh and slightly candied peel enhances the typical flavour and fragrance of lemons and oranges.
