Why choose frozen pasta?

Our frozen fresh pasta is processed with an innovative production system, the IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) method is a unique and rapid production process that freezes fresh pasta by separating each piece from the others when it is drawn, shaped and pasteurized, the all in a single production cycle. This allows our product to maintain its nutritional qualities and organoleptic characteristics (smell, taste, color) unchanged, avoiding the addition of preservatives.
Thanks to pasteurization, the frozen product is safe from the hygienic-bacteriological point of view, it is also a practical product to use, it is cooked directly frozen and it is possible to take only the desired quantity from the bag, avoiding waste as much as possible. In this way you will have the greatest possible control of quantities and less frequent reorders compared to fresh, not frozen pasta.
Frozen fresh pasta has a shelf life of 18 months and should be stored at -18 ° C
